How earning here actually works

Most platforms like this one turn out to be recruitment schemes wearing a membership label. Here's what's actually true about how MAGX pays members, stated plainly rather than oversold — including where recruiting genuinely does matter, and why that's still not the same thing as a pay-to-recruit scheme.

Earnings come from your downline, not just your own activity

When someone joins MAGX or renews their membership, 45% of that payment funds a matching bonus for their upline — the people who referred them, and, up to two levels further, whoever referred those people. If you build a downline, that's where your ongoing earnings come from.

USDC, reviewed before it moves

Every payout is computed, then reviewed and approved, and only after that does USDC actually move — as a real, manual transaction. Nothing is paid out automatically or without a human checking the numbers first.

Created per payment, reviewed on our own schedule

A bonus is created the moment someone in your downline's payment verifies — not on a fixed monthly batch. Each one is then reviewed and approved by us before it's marked payable, and the actual USDC transfer is a separate manual step after that. We don't commit to a fixed review cadence, and we'd rather tell you that plainly than promise a turnaround time we can't guarantee.

Every bonus line is real and traceable

Each line records exactly which payment triggered it, which generation it's for (1st, 2nd, or 3rd level up from the payer), and the exact percentage and dollar amount — computed the same way for everyone, from a fixed table, never estimated or adjusted case by case.

A fixed, capped share of real payments — including new members' own fees

45% of every verified membership payment funds the matching pool for that payer's own upline — including a brand-new member's very first payment, not just renewals. What keeps this from being a pay-to-recruit structure: the 45% is a hard cap that never moves no matter how large anyone's downline gets, every dollar is tied to a real membership payment rather than a separate recruitment fee, and an upline member only gets paid if they hold the rank their generation requires, have that generation's required number of paid direct referrals, and have an active membership at the time of the payment — miss any one of these and that share simply isn't created for anyone, it's never passed up the chain to whoever's next.

Do I earn anything without referring anyone?

Not on an ongoing basis, no. Your matching-bonus earnings come specifically from your downline's payments, up to 3 generations deep. If you've never referred anyone, or your direct referrals haven't referred anyone either, there's no matching-bonus income for you yet.

How is my share calculated?

Whenever someone in your downline makes a verified payment, 45% of it splits 50/30/20 across up to 3 generations of their upline. You get a share for a generation only when you're the qualifying ancestor for it: you hold the Ambassador rank that generation requires, you have the required number of paid direct referrals, and your membership is active at the time of the payment. If a generation doesn't qualify, that share isn't created and isn't passed up to anyone else. It's a fixed formula, not a discretionary decision.

How fast are payouts?

A bonus is created as soon as the triggering payment verifies. From there it's reviewed and approved by us, and the actual USDC transfer is a separate manual step after that. We don't run a fixed monthly cycle for this, and we're not going to promise a turnaround time we can't guarantee.

How do I know this isn't a recruitment scheme?

We won't pretend recruiting doesn't matter here — it does, directly. What we can tell you: every dollar in the matching pool comes from a real membership payment for a real product — an active membership is what matching bonuses and the Business Assistant depend on — never from a separate recruitment fee charged on top. A fixed 45% of each verified membership payment goes to the matching pool, shared across up to three generations above the buyer, and that percentage doesn't change no matter how large anyone's downline gets. Nobody is required to buy more than one tier or pay anything beyond their own membership to participate, and every bonus is tied to one specific, disclosed payment — never to a sign-up alone or a promise of future value.

Does my own tier limit what I earn from a referral?

Yes. A referrer's matching bonus is limited by the referrer's own active membership tier at the time of each payment. Referring someone who joins at a higher tier does not raise the referrer's rate above their own tier's.

Can buying a higher tier increase what I earn from the pool?

It can, in two ways, but it never changes the pool or the split. First, your Ambassador rank follows the highest tier you have activated and only ever goes up: Starter Ambassador, Builder Ambassador or Leader Ambassador (the Pro tier). Rank decides which generations you can earn from: Generation 1 needs Starter Ambassador or higher, Generation 2 needs Builder Ambassador or higher, Generation 3 needs Leader Ambassador. You also still need that generation's required number of paid direct referrals. Second, on each payment you earn the lower of what the payer's tier generates and what your own highest currently active tier would generate. If you hold a higher tier while it is active, you can earn the higher rate on later payments from higher-tier members. Neither effect is retroactive, and an expired tier no longer counts toward the cap. The matching pool is always 45% of each payment, split 50/30/20 across three generations, however many tiers anyone holds. An additional tier is also billed separately for its own access and benefits.

Can a bonus line be changed after it's approved or paid?

No. Each bonus line is tied permanently to the one specific payment that created it — that payment can never generate a duplicate line for the same generation. Once a line is approved, and especially once it's paid, it's a permanent record; nothing in our tools can alter or delete it after that point. Only a still-Pending line can ever be corrected.

Bonuses depend on eligibility, including rank and referral requirements. Nothing is guaranteed.

We built this the way we'd want a platform like this to actually work: honest about what it does, and just as honest about what it doesn't do yet.
